USB Type ‘A’ Male connector. Ideal for making very small USB dongle devices that plug directly into a computer USB port or through a USB A to A extension cable..  It's a sturdy metal with 4 pins in the back and 2 small mounting tabs that make it easy to use in your next USB project. You can bend the side mounting tabs and solder the 4 data/power pins into a Perma Proto. Its not good for solderless breadboards, the pins are not very long.
